Marina Monfalcone is Italy’s first Marina, founded in 1964, characterised by an elegant atmosphere and modern, functional services, with large spaces dedicated to sport and the possibility of staying overnight in bungalows. It is a natural harbour, safe to enter and exit, protected from the prevailing winds of the northern Adriatic, especially the Bora, with clear waters and low salinity. The Marina welcomes sailboats up to 45 metres in length. Awarded the Blue Flag, Marina Monfalcone is well connected to Trieste airport and the main roads. In the Marina you will find Tito Nordio sailing school, founded in 1966. It is part of the Marina and hosts 250 students every year.
