There is a dedicated technical area equipped with a crane with a lifting capacity of up to 20 tons, allowing for launching, hauling, and moving boats. For smaller vessels, a free slipway is located to the northwest of the dock. Outdoor storage for boats up to 13 meters and covered storage for boats up to 9 meters.
